Located at the entrance and forming the gateway to the entire redevelopment, this project incorporates the construction of 3 linked elements, typically with 5 floors each including a lightweight penthouse level, all of which are grouped around and form a landscaped courtyard with glazed feature link atrium.

Our commission included fit–out the building for Citigroup, one of the world’s largest banks who occupy two thirds of the building, with the practice being retained as their fit–out architects / interior designers.
