Horse Racing Ireland is a commercial semi-state body that is responsible for the thouroughbred and hose racing industry within Ireland. Appointed following a competitive interview, we are developing proposals for a new headquarters building for HRI that will include Tote Ireland Limited who own and operate racecourses and who will provide a credit betting service form the new facility. Accommodating some 120 staff the 2 storey building is located on a greenfield site adjacent to The Curragh racecourse. Designed around its many complex operations, the building demonstrates a high energy efficiency solution and provides a flexible workplace culture that is open and transparent. Located on the M7 approach 0 from Dublin and afforded fantastic 360 views of the surrounding rolling landscape, the building will provide an iconic statement for Horse Racing Ireland and its subsidiary companies.
