A former generator factory of circa 70,000ft , the brief was
a dual track process to carry out appraisals for the development of a ‘call centre’ or a distribution and warehouse operation. Planning approval was received for both options with SX3 being secured as tenant in late 1998. The fast track development programme was instigated with the turnkey package being handed over in September 1999 on time and within budget. The fully fitted building provides accommodation for approximately 500 staff in the software development and call centre industry.
