Two high quality office buildings, providing 40,000 and 60,000 sq ft respectively, of high quality air conditioned space. Each building comprises two parallel wings, separated by a full height entrance foyer with a glass lift enclosure and feature staircase. The buildings are faced with terracotta tiles, curtain walling, and the office wings are expressed with mono–pitch aluminium roofs over a glazed clerestorey.
