This landmark, listed building in the high profile Belfast Gasworks site was restructured to provide circa 60,000 sqft of space. Works included remedial repairs to the existing fabric together with the creation of 2 no. levels of additional floor space and a significant extension, fully fitted out as a turnkey development. The project was delivered in two phases with the main shell and core construction followed by the complex fit-out which involved extensive discussion, briefing and appraisal with the end user (Environmental Heritage Service).
