The commission involved the refurbishment and extension of an existing office building. Genesis Advertising Ltd being in the creative ideas business, had a requirement for a building that would provide an inspirational working environment and client presentation area with state of the art audio visual solutions. The building was to be visually interesting from the outside and the internal layout was to be "clean, simple and practical" with particular attention to be paid to a bright colour scheme. The completed scheme contains:

• Open plan and cellular office areas

• Subdivision of the existing building to form an office unit for let.
