This project was awarded through a competitive interview, where the IDA short-listed 8 of Ireland’s top practices to make presentations.The site is located on the edge of Mullingar and will be accessed via a new town bypass.

Our commission includes obtaining planning permission (with the preparation of an environmental statement being a key constituent element), preparing a masterplan for the site (including the compilation of a development control document) and the design of the first phase of development which will include two advanced technology units, two office buildings and a park centre.
