Global Point is to become Northern Ireland first truly international high technology business park. The 140 acre site is located on the outskirts of Belfast and over the past number of years a series of infrastructure projects carried out by the IDB has established a basic framework for development. Our commission involved working closely with the IDB’s chosen private partner Prologis to create a masterplan for the site and to design the first phases of the development which are to include innovation and contact centres ‘move on’ units for young companies, flexible office buildings and high-tech manufacturing facilities.
